Please contact our office during business hours to place an order. Our business hours are 8am to 5pm, Pacific Standard Time. You may place an order verbally or via fax. Please see next page for order form. Sales representative will issue a confirming quotation for your approval. All orders must be signed and have a billing address, before we can process it. Please review the accuracy of your order such as the quantities and the items. All change orders also must be signed.

For better and accurate quotation, please send us your blueprints. We will review your plans and make any necessary suggestions to save you money. Using our existing molds will save you money rather than making it custom. Having a copy of your prints will enable us to provide you with shop drawings for installation.

Lead Time

We do everything possible to deliver your order on time. Most custom designs will require longer lead-time. Products must go through curing process. With this in mind, we strongly suggest you place your order well in advance.

Typical lead-time required is 4-6 weeks; however, delivery schedules could vary depending on your particular order. Please confirm the lead-time with our office, when placing the order.

Payment

Deposit is required for all purchase orders. We accept checks, cashier checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Full payment is required prior to shipment. Please make checks payable to Sandstone Designs, Inc.

All full-prepaid orders receive 5% discount, when placing the order. If we are also installing the products, payments are due as agreed. Late payments will cause delay of work.

Return Policy

Due to nature of our work, in most cases, we do not accept any returns. However, if the item(s) is resalable, we will accept the return with a 25% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel the order. However, Sandstone Designs, Inc. has to cover all its administrative and setup costs associated with the order.
