As
indicated before, delivery time is between four to six weeks. The delivery
address must be clearly defined and if it is a new community please provide
directions. The job site must be accessible.
Distance deliveries are shipped with common carriers and help (labor)
should be provided for unloading by customer.
We work with different carriers to different locations to keep the
delivery cost as low as possible. All
items are properly packed and palletized. We make sure you receive your order
safely. If there are any damaged items, please notify the driver immediately and
contact our office for replacement pieces. Please keep the broken items, so we
can file a claim with the insurance carrier. We
ship everywhere in the continental United States and Canada. Customer is
responsible for any local taxes, permits or other fees that may be required by
the proper authority. You
are also welcome to pick up your order from our manufacturing plant. Please
